January 14 Update

Happy new year! Just a few more months until the epic summer trip! Over the winter I've been busy planning the route, figuring out stops and things to do along the way. Definitely have made more than a few edits, but I think I'm at a point now where I've got the route and schedule down, although you know the quote, 'if you want to make God laugh, tell Him your plans', haha! We'll see what gets thrown my way, I'm sure it will be quite the adventure! Current goals are to finalize the van build, I've got the bed down, but still need to figure out bikes and storage for gear. Going to start seriously downsizing in my apartment, don't want to pay for a storage unit any bigger than I need! Mentally I'm definitely hyped up, but I need to get physically working on things so I can head out on time and without stress. Again, that's part of what this website is for, keeping myself accountable! Catch you on the next "accountability update" :)
